Pathetic service x 2 Indifference from the owner.

<p>Dear Mr R. Smailes [owner of Indigo Spur] {Info given by your manager}</p> <p>I am Stemray I Lesch~ a resident at Rosecombe Estate [able to be located on Google maps].</p> <p>I have on two occasions received an incomplete order for collection from Indigo Spur. <br />Incident one~ about 2 months ago I ordered a grilled chicken burger with cheese sauce for my daughter. Having paid for it, I travelled back home and parked the car~ to my horror I discovered the cheese sauce was not included and not packed in when my daughter unpacked the burger. I left the matter~ and my daughter asked me not to call and complain.</p> <p>Tonight, 5 November 2016 I placed the following order:<br />1 Goodie burger<br />1 Grilled Chicken burger with cheese sauce<br />1 Mushroom burger with a salad instead of the chips and onion rings.</p> <p>I asked the waitron to check if the cheese sauce was packed in. Hell no, it was not packed in. It was fetched packed in and I paid and left the establishment.</p> <p>When we unpacked the burgers at home, the mushroom sauce was missing.<br />I called and spoke to Tabogo who said they would send me the sauce. He handed the telephone over to another waitron who supposedly knows the area. His words to me, "We will try and get the sauce to you." At this point I had completely lost it and said to forget about sending it. I put the telephone down at 19:50.</p> <p>I was told that they could not find Rosecombe Estate on Google Maps. That is a blantant fabrication of the truth as I was the person to peg Rosecombe Estate on Google Maps.</p> <p>At 20:33 I received a call from someone who was looking for Rosecombe Estate who was trying to deliver the sauce. I had already eaten my burger.</p> <p>Dear sir, your waitrons have to be retrained to ensure that the complete and entire as well as the correct order in packed in for clients.</p> <p>It happening once is forgiveable, but to happen to me twice is unacceptable. Needless to say I shall not grace your establishment with my presence.
