Pathetic Service - TWIN PEAK SPUR Ottery

We placed a order just after our time of breaking our fast 10-15min thereafter. To which the lady who answered firstly was VERY none sholant i had to ask to repeat my order she never took my details to which i had to call back to provide!!The lady stated 30-40 min before we should come an collect. 30min later i called to add a mushroom sauce on the side an asked whether the order was done, which was stated \No not yet". I left home 10min later still went into PNP Hyper for another 10min arrived at Spur to find our food was not done yet.<br> <br> We waited then another 20-30min for our food"
