Pathetic Service - Spur Umhlanga

One loves to enjoy looking at the ocean whilst having a meal. However being to the Spur Umhlanga has been rather disappointing on both visits whist on holiday. The first visit on the 22 Jan, I had ordered two waffles with ice cream, which took more than 45 minutes to prepare. After bringing it to the attention of the Manager, the waffles arrived shortly thereafter. The second visit was on the 28 Jan, we ordered toasted sandwiches and the unreal breakfast which took almost an hour to be prepared. It was then addressed with the Manager, all that was said it that "oh we are very sorry and will try to fix the problem" Maybe a visit to the Spur at the King Shaka Airport would have been a better idea so that we would be early for our flights as well.
