PATHETIC SERVICE ON MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY

Spur, what a horrible time you gave us on Sunday at Baywest Mall Spur.<br> <br> We got an sms to say that a R50 voucher has been loaded on my daughter's Spur Card for her birthday.<br> <br> So off we go, all excited. Taking along another child for which we were prepared to pay.<br> <br> And of course I would pay for myself too.<br> <br> Well, we never got further than the entrance. There we were told that even though we got a sms to confirm that a voucher had been loaded, the card itself is not registered!!!<br> <br> So, after waiting more than 25 minutes for the inept front 'manager' and the floor 'manager' making calls to your Customer Care centre, I gave up. <br> <br> We left and went to Panarotti's and had a wonderful time and spent our money there.<br> <br> Disgusting, disappointing, etc. We had to sit outside and wait like common ********* while everybody of your staff was staring at us, as if we did something wrong. It was very embarrassing for me and my daughter and her friend.<br> <br> Sies, sies, sies.<br> <br> And that for my daughter's birthday.<br> <br> So, yes, thanks for nothing.<br> <br> NO VOUCHER<br> <br> NO SERVICE<br> <br> A WASTE OF TIME<br> <br>
