Pathetic service at Spur King Shaka airport

I visited the branch at King Shaka Airport,I flew in from Johanessburg and arrived at 7am,i decided to have breakfast there,firstly nobody came to me to take my order I had to wait a while till someone came to me,rhen I placed my order and when my order arrived I was given the food but no cutlery,the waitress told me she was getting some jam and would be back shortly but she was gone for 10 mins,I asked another waitress for cutlery and this waitress shouted out to the waitress that was gone looking for the jam,then the waitress returned with the jam and then went to get my cutlery,the jam was still sealed and not even opened,I had difficulty opening the seal whilst I was having my breakfast,the coffee the waitress brought was so strong I asked her to bring me another one and the milk she first brought was warm milk when I asked for cold milk,then when she brought the cold milk I poured it into the coffee and it looked spoilt.Then before I could even have my tomatoes sauce another waitress comes to my table and asks me if she can take the sauce away as another table requires jt,to avoid arguing with her I told her she could take it,is there no tomatoe sauce at Spur other than what I had,and there were other tables empty surely there was tomatoes sauce there,I then requested for the bill and that also took a long time as my waitress could not be seen,I requested to add on points on my Spur card but the waitress never bothered and I asked for the manager which took a long time so I decided to leave,whilst walking out the manager followed me and he spoke to me and stated that he apologised and he confirmed that there were boxes of tomatoes sauce at the back,he then stated that he would add my purchade on my Spur card This is pathetic service and I certainly won't be supporting this branch of Spur again
