Pathetic Service at Denver Spur Jacaranda

DENVER SPUR IN JACARANDA's service is pathetic. I sat with my mom to eat a breakfast. We received our coffee. We placed our order. We sat for 2 hours not receiving our food. People came in sat down, received their drinks and foods. All that the management says is sorry but nothing is being done.

Rather close this Spur and open a decent restaurant with personnel who want to work.
