PATHETIC SERVICE AND TERRIBLE FOOD

Yesterday i had taken my team for lunch at Spur and received pathetic service from managers and the waitress. we had several complains and no one was able to assist us. we waited over 20 minutes for the drinks and when the food arrived it was terrible. we first sent the starters back as on the cheesy garlic rolls there was no garlic butter or even cheese on the rolls. Then we had issues with the food steaks had been brought cold and rubbery , onion rings had been brought in crumbs, buffalo wings had been all together. We sat there with food been taken to sort out and bring it back. It was a waste of time and all 3 managers of the store could not provide us with a reason why we received terrible service and food. i do not recommend anyone to take their staff to this restaurant and have this experience. It is extremely disappointing and sad to get this experience. The don't care attitude from the staff at Spur is also sad. They were ok and quite happy to keep taking our food and re preparing and bringing it back. For a huge franchise like Spur to provide such pathetic service it is shocking. <br>
