Pathetic service and rude managers

I am highly disappointed with Silver Cloud Spur Steak Ranch on Cape Road in Port Elizabeth!!! Not only the service received being pathetic but the managers attitude!!! We waited over an hour for a breakfast and managers were uninterested in assisting us as well as rude about it! The restaurant was not even busy! Extremely disappointed.
