Pathetic service

I wrote a review last week on Monday regarding the poor service at Spur in Upington. Guess what? until today they havent even bother to contact me to solve the problem. I realized that we keep on support these big companies where you are simply a number. We have so much small companies that we can rather support, personal service and excellent food, yes much better than Spur. I will definitely share my poor experience with everyone that i got from so called Spur Steak ranch.
