Pathetic service

On the 23/12/2019 at around 20:00 myself and my wife decided to go for a quick bite and out of all the options we decided to go with the old faithful Spur canal walk, this was not the best decision as we waited nearly an hour, thank you to the manager for keeping us updated but waiting that long for supper not acceptable. We ordered 2 cheesey garlic prawn steak(well done) even the manager came to the table to confirm if it should be well done. Finally we received our meals after an hour but we were only able to finish our sides because the sirloin steak was a raw and red we returned the meals and left the store. Firstly I will not be making use of Spur Canal walk ever again (waiting time and food served was pathetic)
