Pathetic Service

I took my son to spur for his birthday to Spur Northmead. It is our Spur of choice due to its location. I have been using this Spur for aleast twice a month for almost five years. The service levels have seriously deteriorated over the years. The food arrived cold, we were there early so it wasn't very busy yet our our drinks took 45 minutes too arrive. Our waiter kept going and standing outside waiting for new customers instead of taking care of us. The wifi has never worked. I was told that people were using the wifi from outside Spur so that's why it was switched off. My kids love Spur but was disappointed to be told that the smileys were finished. I have tried to be as understanding as possible but because of the managers don't care attitude needless to say I wont be supporting that Spur anytime soon.
