Pathetic service

I am very disappointed with the service at big eagle spur ( Umtata ).. firstly I waited for some time for my food and then it was served to me dead cold,spoke to the manager about this and all he could do was warm the food...what poor management styles...not customer centric at all..my issue is that, what if that food was made a while ago and just sitting there waiting for the next patron???.I am done with spur????????????????
