pathetic service

I have never been treated this way in my life. I did not experience apartheid but today I was made to feel small. Firstly when we get to the door there are 2 ladies helping 1 customer. Whatever they were doing must have been really hard cos non of them could help. We then decided to sit ourselves & after a few minutes we ask a manager for menus. First & foremost the dude is sour like a slice of lemon. No willingness to help to I think he kinda felt obliged. I wish he could have given Sindy my table. He doesn't ask if the kids have the cards nothing. U could swear he was doing me a favour or i wasn't going to pay for my bill.
