Pathetic service
Eagle eye spur st. Peter's Square pick and pay Friends and I went to celebrate 2 little boys birthdays. What a terrible experience. Waitress forgot about us, then we waited forever for a coffee, food was served but without our drinks, we had to request for our drinks again and only some of the wrong drinks came, asked them to sing for the boys but we were told to wait a little longer twice what a disappointment for the kids, the kids even gave up on their excitement, finally staff came to sing only with no enthusiasm (pathetic), got kids ice cream only with no s****s as it came minutes later when the boys already ate their ice cream by licking it finished, got the bill but no card machines (really????), We as customers went to pay bill at the front desk only to be told it's offline, then had to run around for an ATM. Also staff were not very friendly and seemed miserable including host at the front desk. What an experience as we often attend this specific spur as it's most central amongst us. Service was pathetic, and really need to get up to date with the system of card machines, zapper etc. Also there was no supervision in the kids area - where we ourselves had to often go and check on kids only to hear a boy had been picking on the little ones in the play area. What if kids fell and knocked their heads or gotten hurt I thought all play areas are suppose to have supervision. Never again for the terrible experience. WiFi didn't work either asked staff for WiFi password but was ignored first before giving us details. From your very disappointed customers
