Pathetic Service

My family and I arrived at Spur on Sunday afternoon around 13:15 for lunch. We walked into the restaurant and waited for at least 5 minutes for someone to seat us. Eventually we had to find our own table to sit at because no one showed any interest. I found an empty table near the window close to the play area because I wanted to be able to keep an eye on my 2 year old while she played. The table however was dirty and therefore waited another 20 minutes before someone bothered to come and clean the table. I looked around the restaurant and saw two other families that came in after us seated already with menus and drinks. One of the families found a table opposite the one we found which was also dirty. Their table was cleaned but everything was placed on the table that we had chosen to sit at. We eventually decided to leave and only then was any attention paid to us. Needless to say we were no longer interested and walked out. In this time, many waiters had walked passed us ignoring us as if we were standing around for no reason. I am truly disgusted at the way we were treated at this restaurant and will never be returning to it.
