pathetic service
firstly i would like to say we are spur people through and through we visit spur every month at least twice a month for their amazing ribs and burgers on a monday,april month we visited a new up and coming spur falcon spur in heathway shopping center,my wife was extremely upset as firstly we waited about 20minutes for our food the waiter was seen only once just dissapeared we orderd coffee which was cold whne the food came the ribs was like only 3 ribs FILLED WITH FAT ALL OVER THEM and the food was terribly cold when spoke to a manager he said they dont order the same ribs as all the other spurs in the country so 3 small pieces of ribs is wat they serve and thats just how it is fat and all,we didnt even eat the food there we got up packed the food away and immediatley left the spur and gave the food away as we are not dogs and have never been given this bad service in any other sour in the country,we left our names and phone numbers there and its been a ***ll month and nobody has called us back.CRESTA HEATHWAY SHOPPING CENTER FALCON SPUR
