Pathetic service

<p>Went to spur for the burger special this evening,after waiting almost an hour the waitress brings my food and it's ice cold with the wrong sauce,mushroom sauce.Wait 15 mins for her return to request my food to be heated and replace the mushroom sauce with pepper sauce as I requested.....the food comes back still cold and now it's a pepper mushroom sauce.Not once was I asked how the food was nothing.I will never waste my money at this franchise again.Definately not the service one would expect from spur.</p>
