Pathetic service

Good day,<br> <br> I visited spur at the Checkers center in Plumstead and was appauled by the service I received. At the cash desk when trying to pay, there were two ladies behind the counter, one light of complexion with a black shirt and the other dark of compexion who was very big built. They were more interested in having their own conversion and playing on a tablet then actually helping customers, I assume they are managers. You should learn to put a smile on your face as you are working with people. Your face seems to be as sour as a thousand lemons. To my surprise these two ladies did not help me, they waited for another with a white shirt to come and help me, this is totally unacceptable. Get your house in order, and dont make your customer wait when they want to pay, a little friendliness goes a long way.<br> I will definately not be visiting Spur Plumstead again.<br> <br> Regards<br> Michael
