Pathetic, Poor, Disrespectful Service
I had lunch with my family at Spur in Centurion Mall last May and as I sat down to breastdfeed my daughter, a dreadlocked, dirty looking waiter ran up to me to tell me how I am NOT allowed to breastfeed my daughter at the Restaurant and that I should go to the TOILET, yes their dirty stuffy TOILET to breastfeed her there. I was disgusted at this notion, totally disturbed by their attitude and m appetite went off. The Regional Manager and the Manager called me after I made a complaint to Spur and I was promised vouchers after vouchers which never got to me. I went to Spur last Thursday, just to test the waters again and they served me the incorrect meal. It was not what I had ordered at all! Spur is taking serious advantage of us and their service is degrading by the day!
