Pathetic loadshedding excuse

Tonight we wanted to celebrate a big thing that happened for us today as a family. We though Spur Claremont our go to place. Call Spur Claremont to make a reservation for this evening. The person who answered asked what time. I said for 7pm she responded oh no we have loadshedding. I responded OK so what does that mean. She responded we don't operate during loadshedding. I said really why not. She responded. We don't have a generator or gas grills. I responded that is not good for business. I mean really Spur such a big corporation. Not have gas or generator in this day. We all know loadshedding happens and we make do and continue as per norm. You shut your doors for clients. Pathetic I feel. Really disappointed in this service.
