Pathetic From Spur Warmbaths - Runied a lovely day out with my family

My family of 3 and myself went to warmbaths on the 6th January 2020 for a lovely day out and it was totally ruined by pathetic service from spur at the warmbaths..

The waitress 1st did not even write down my orders and then proceeded to the kitchen to apparently give them our oders..I asked her if she remembers everything and she said yes.. There was 2 other families at spur a total of around 12 people ,, there were more waiters than customers at this point.. MY order was placed at 14.50 I received a call at this time that is how I remember the time exactly... For what seemed like an eternity we waited for our meals. It was a nachos full, A vegan Scnhitzel and 2 cheesy garlic rolls. Normally at almost every other spur in th eland, this order will not take more than 20 minutes .. BUt not at Warmbaths!!!! AT 16.08 A Whole 1 hour and 18 minutes later i called the manager a white lady and asked her what the hell is going on, she said that she will find out from the kitchen and let me know.. Lo and behold, 5 minutes later our order arrived without the garlic rolls as the waitress forgot!!!!! I then asked her what the hell took so long and she blamed the kitchen for not having plates or something stupid like that.. A spur with no plates MY WORD and anyways they must only have 10 plate sat that spur because there were only 12 in total at the spur when I arrived...

We were famished at this time so we ate our food... When i asked for the bill , the Freaking garlic rolls WHICH WE DID NOT RECEIVE were on the bill.... WHAT ******* is this!!!! Luckily I always check my bill before paying and called this waitress and informed her not to try and ***** from me as I check my bill always.. She then said that she will change my bill... WE then waited for a furter 30 minutes for the manager a black dude this time to reprint the bill, this after the waitress informing him immediately of the issue. Stinking customer service from this manager , He needs to realise that we pay his salary and not the owner of the damn restaurant.. When i told him of our poor experience and his attitude he then took my number down and my name and promised to call me within a week as the owner was away.. Well it has been over a week now and he still did not call.. What an absolute displeasure this spur is and you should not even be at a venue like warmbaths so that other peoples holiday you cannot runi by your pathetic service!!!!!!
