Pathetic food

<p>Good morning, </p> <p> </p> <p>At about 21:30PM last night myself and my husband decided to go to Spur in Goodwood, when we arrived there, their was no other customers, we then asked if its ok for us to still order? They told us yes as the kitchen only closes at 10PM. We placed an order for TWO 300g cheddermelt steaks with mushroom sauce, onion rings and chips, my husband requested his to be made medium to well done on a hot plate(he asked for a extra plate to put his chips and onion rings onto), i asked for my steak to be well done . I then requested a strawberry milkshake with my meal and my husband asked for a can of coke light. About 5 min later the manager on duty comes to us and say they cant make my milkshake because there machine is already off. We received our food only to find that my steak was overcooked, my husbands was well done instead of meduim to well done, the onion rings were and when i enquired about it the manager told me thats the last batch and the oil is off already, the portion of chips we received was rather odd, we could literally count our chips in the plate. I am highly angry because when you go to top restuarants like this you want quality food as you are paying for it. I spent R300 on a meal which neither of us enjoyed! I would like Spur to refund me on this food as it was not worth it. </p>
