Pathetic feedback

<p>I sent an email to Silver Bay spur (see below) and received a pathetic response and an invitation to ' try them again'.</p> <p>I logged this with their head office as I felt I should be compensated for the expensive but insipid meal. I was told that the area manager will contacf me. Almost a week has passed and no response. Why must I eat at or recommend spur?</p> <p> </p> <p>My complaint:</p> <p>On 2nd Jan I suggested to 6 others to have breakfast at your spur. We arrived just after 11am so the place was packed. We missed breakfast time so ordered off the menu and waited for a while. No problem until I received my burger which I always look forward to as its juicy and tasty.</p> <p>I suppose that due to order volumes, the gas burners were turned up high which resulted in a dry, gas-tasting burgers. One other person experienced this too but others ordered calamari, steak etc so I did not ask them.</p> <p>I really enjoy your spur and stop their often when on my motorbike run up west coast.</p>
