Pathetic Customer Service Spur

I was had sometime free before my 5 25 pm flight to Lanseria. My wife and i decided to eat at spur at cape town international airport. We waited at the entrance for about 5 minutes and there was no staff in sight. The sign at the entrance clearly says WAIT TO BE SEATED. until, another patron walked by us to say we must just find a place and sit down or else we will wait forever. When sat down and another 5 mins go by not a single staff member acknowledged us. Not sure if this branch of spur knows anything about customer care.
