Pathetic Customer Service

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday i went out for lunch at Spur in Observatory , I got a table immediately as i was alone. I sat down for a good 15 min before my order was taken. T o add to that my meal took about 30 min to arrive , as if that was not enough i asked the waiter for a knife , i never got it.</p> <p>I then asked the waiter for a bill he never gave it after 15 of waiting i went to the front desk myself to get it.</p> <p>The servicee is really terrible and i will never go back to that restuarant , i've been to the busiest Spurs like V & A and Canal Walk not once have i received such poor service.</p>
