Pathetic customer service

Just had thee most pathetic service at spur in knysna, where I ordered a stake and specifically requested a cold plate and the steak was served on a boiling hot plate full of smoke and posing a hazard to me and those I was dining with. The waiter couldn't even apologize instead dropped the food on the table and left it like that and had to wait for 10 minutes for him to come even though I made him aware this wasn't what I had asked for. Clearly there is complete lack of customer service and professionalism from your spur waiters. This is totally unacceptable and pretty embarrassing for a restaurant of spur's caliber.
