Pathetic!!!

First of all we received a dirty table. We then sat down and there was no sauce on the table. Finally the waiter comes to take our order and we receive our however I ordered a bar one milkshake and while I was drinking I came across glass in my mouth and it hurt my gum. Called the manger to explain this to him and he couldn't even speak proper English!!! Replaced the milkshake and was told these things happen!!!!???? How???? Unprofessional!!!!!! It could have been much worse. When my food arrived my bacon was burnt and my daughter's chicken burger had bones in it???? Really Spur has gone down the drain.. Never will I set foot in N1 City Spur again!!!! Disgusting!!!!!!! Waiters are untidy! Manager's that have no management s****s! Food that can not even be described!!!!! I hated every second!!!!
