Pathetic

We arrived at spur at 19h45 placed our order. My husband ordered cheesy garlic snails that arrived as just snails covered in cheese. They replaced it. Then we get told at 20.35 we must please place our main order as the kitchen is about to close.. at 20.35?? On Pay day?? There is no background music to create an atmosphe the managers just sit behind the cash desk chatting and laughing the other waiters speaking loudly to eachother. What is going on with this place... Lamarie spur has been going down hill for over a year now they might as well close their doors!. Our Waiters service was excellent but do you think thats enough to bring a customer back??
