Party ****er ......Spur

So I decided to have my daughter's birthday party at Spur Garden route mall George. When we got there today all I was given was 3 tables close to the toilets and kitchen far from play area. Secondly they say on the spur website that they have themes and that it will be set up... this is not what I got. Then manager gave some excuses which I believe is pathetic because I booked a month in advance so they knew about it and could have made sure that they had party items for the occasion. The party pack they gave consisted of a balloon, small toy, and 5 jelly beans just thrown into the pack.... that's a shocker... is this really the type of memories spur wants to create for paying customers? I am very disappointed in Spur Garden Route mall and I will not recommend them for parties because it seems they do not care.
