Out of this world, customer service!

I’ve been a regular at Big Valley Spur (Mega City Mall) since it opened. Last Friday evening, during a very busy rush, there was a minor mix-up with my takeaway order—I ordered my favorite full grilled chicken Extra Hot but accidentally received BBQ.

Even though the staff was highly hospitable on the night, I mentioned the flavor mistake in a post-visit review. The turnaround from management was incredible. Spur apologized via SMS and email, and the Operational Manager, Mr. Gilbert (aka Madala) personally went above and beyond to rectify it. He was incredibly kind, humble, and accommodating, replacing the meal to ensure I was a happy customer.

They made me feel like royalty! This is how you handle customer care. Thank you to Mr. Gilbert and the team. I’ll be back for my favorite grilled chicken soon, and I'll definitely be hosting my upcoming colleagues' breakfast meeting right here.
