Order Unsatisfied

We visited Spur Garden Route Mall yesterday. I have ordered Lamb chops, I ask the waitress that my chops must be med/well and then the fat on the side be crispy, like a real lamb chops you braai. To my surprise the Lamb Chops were so covered with barbecue sauce and nothing was the way I have ordered it, if you pay R270 for a good meal and if you have special requests, then the waitress must ask for special request!!!!!! In future we would rather visit another Spur even if we have to travel to Mossel Bay (whatever), but we will never visit your Spur in The Garden Route Mall. We might as well bought our own Lamb Chops and braai it at home, what a dissapointment!!!!!!!!
