One Bad experience trumps 100 good ones

I've been going to spurs for over 25 years... All provinces Barred NC and LP, and the experience I had today at Spur East rand mall almost makes me want to walk away from what I've been enjoying for a quarter of a century, you guys really need to train the people you hire and take your customers seriously, your profits shouldn't matter more than the little guy's happiness at your establishment!!! PLEASE do something about your service SPUR
