***** on my reward card

I’m so so disappointed with the way my voucher is always used without my consent. I’m now sitting comfortably in my home. And then boom I get a message on my phone to say my spur card has been redeemed at oak ridge spur. I don’t even know where is oak ridge spur? And the question is who is actually using my card without my knowledge??. This isn’t the first time it happened, last year around August it happened and I went to Spur Irene Mall, told Monica the manager at spur about it she wrote my telephone number in a book and promised to call me. Even today. I did not get my answer. Please let me know who is using my card and I need my rewards back ASAP.
