Oak Ridge Spur Terrible Service!!!!

We booked a breakfast birthday party for my little daughter at Oak Ridge Spur at The Grove Mall, Pretoria on Saturday 09 January 2016. And I was horrified with the experience. Firstly when we arrived there, we booked 3 tables, but only got two. They made excuses that as soon as the customers leave they will get the table ready for us. Two of our guests are in wheel chairs, but nothing was arranged for them. So we all squeezed in. We were 7 couples and 6 kids. <br> <br> The service was **********, we waited ages for our food, waiters didnt take regular drink orders. Too long list to explain all here. Total nightmare. And then the worst.<br> <br> My two year old daughter was allowed to walk out the Spur on her own walking past all staff and three waiters at the door. We sat in front of the Play Area.. Luckily I noticed and we all stared looking for her while I ran out, and found her outside in front of the escalators. This is unforgivable. Just leave a two year old to walk out? What if someone took her?<br> <br> By then we and our guests had enough and left early. Terrible experience. Full complaint send to Spur Head Office. <br> <br> I will not support them again, and will NEVER take my kid there again.
