Not happy with the breakfast that we received

Good day<br> <br> We were at Spur at O R Tambo on Saturday with my In-laws waiting for their flight and decided to have a breakfast. The waiter come and took our order. We've received our breakfast but it was really unwell prepared. Firstly I've had a funny black in my egg and decided to just cut off that part and try and enjoy my breakfast. Well then after that I've tried cutting my other egg it was so over prepared and it was like rubber then we also noticed that my husbands egg was almost raw as well. Please could you just make sure when any breakfast are served to any clients that is prepared in such a way that any person would like to come back to your restaurant. We were very disappointed with our food as normally Spur's food is really good.
