Not happy with Spur

Booked a party for my daughter on Monday the 3rd of August 2015 for the 8th of August 2015. So we ordered for the kiddies the birthday special of R59.90, when I queried where the \party packs"which are included in the price were I was told that they don't have.... If the Spur knew that there were parties on Saturday why didn't they order beforehand!? Then whilst eating they were getting another table ready for a party. This party table had a pretty Secret Tribe tablecloth on. Why didn't we get treated that way? I am very unhappy!!! I know Spur has high standards so why aren't they keeping it? """
