Not happy with Falcon spur

Went to Spur Falcon falls in Clearwater with my wife and daughter. We were served by a guy called Sakhile. The guy had a smell of alcohol, but I was willing to overlook that and continue have the food with my family. We ordered our drinks and food(I order a warrior combo, a pizza for the young one and Apache combo for the madam), I ordered a chocolate milkshake and my (soon to be mom) wife ordered a mocktail. Sakhile brought my pregnant wife a ****TAIL (a drink with alcohol). My wife drank a quarter of it and has been paranoid since. We spoke to Sakhile, he said he'll address it with the manager. Manager never came to acknowledge the error that was made. He came and told us his name (Paul/Tika/Tina or something like that), and that if we need anything we need to call him. It's not the first time going to this spur, whenever we are in Clearwater, we frequent the place. It was sad to get such a service. We ended leaving, even though my daughter wanted to stay because she was enjoying herself at the kids play area. I did give Sakhile a tip by the way, regardless of his nonsense service. As for the manager, that guy needs to do better in his position. There was no customer reassurance or a proactive approach to the situation. I don't think we'll come back here. The food was nice though, although we had to take it home because we lost our appetite. After warming it up, it was good. This happened on the 20 of Jan 2026 at around around 5
