Not happy

Not happy with the service from Sima at Jabulani Mall, besides having to wait long for everything guy didn't even give us water to wash our hands before eating but his other tables he was able to give them that water. We literally had to wait for everything including a simple ice cream. Asked for the bill after paying he said he'll be back with my toddlers party pack we waited till we had to ask another waiter to get the party pack for us. Not happy with his service and I hope I won't be served by him again. He gave his other tables more attention till they left but our table got the worst service left Spur Jabulani Mall not happy at all because of him.
