NOT HAPPY

being an avid customer of the spur group, it was with huge disappointment being at the atlasville spur on saturday the 20th, OF WHICH we wanted to go there as its was my sons birthday,on arrival at first hand experienced the rudeness of the waitress whom i didnt even bother to see her name tag, she literally dumped the cutlery on the table, i ignored this, the food was sloppy and disappointing, not up top spur standards, i am not one to complain , but this past experience was too much, to add to our worse evening out , they knew it was my childs birthday and no one came to ask if they could sing for him, no one offered him the usual desert that comes with your birthday, nothing. the last straw was when the bill came and the vouchers were not taken towards the bill, my husband paid and walked out with our kids, i spoke to the manager of which she just said she doesnt know what to say? i mean really? we have been so many times to the spur for the breakfasts and for all of our birthdays, my birthday is coming up this sat the 27th , and i am sure i do not wish to go to any spur again. please respond at least someone! thanks. really not happy.
