Not able to book for my kids party??

<p>I've phoned Spur at Wonderboom, Pretoria today (Thursday) to make a booking for my little boy's birthday on Saturday. The lady that answered the phone (Manager) said that they have reached their booking limit and no one is allowed to make more bookings. She told me that there is space available but cannot guarantee anything on Saturday.</p> <p> </p> <p>I thought Spur is famous for kids parties?</p> <p>If there is space available, why can't I make a booking?</p> <p> </p> <p>We are regular customer, but now I will think twice before going to Spur at Wonderboom...and all my friends and family that was expecting this party will also think different about Spur's so called "traditions."</p> <p> </p>
