Non responsive speed point, my problem?

Last night I went to spur in Karen Park, the waiter was good and the meal was great. After finishing my meal and having to pay I was notified by a Lady called queen that the speed point is not working, I asked her what should I do, I waited for 20 minutes to make a payment . I was embarrassed a passably were thinking I didn't have money to pay and the rudeness of queen thereof she suggested that I walk to the nearest ATM at night for spur technology problems, I had to transfer the meal money to her Cellphone via e-wallet which is not a free service. I still fail to understand why should I be a victim of spur's technological problems, furthermore is it fair that I pay my meals in someone's personal bank account?
