No wonder you dont have customers....

After all the issues with spur the last few months, we thought ok, we will go back to see if the service has improved now, as I've not been at a spur in the last 3 years due to very poor service. So we decided to go to Santa Rio spur at 11am for an early lunch, we stood at the entrance for about 10 mins, with staff running around in front of us, but we saw only about 10 people inside the spur so we were not so sure what was the hype with a few ppl in side. So we turned around and left, the lady in the blue dress was still waiting for some one to greet and seat her after another 5 mins when i took the pic. So well done spur, you are off my list again. Will try you again in 3 years, if you are still around.
