No steak at a Steak ranch

Tonight we visited spur in Carlentonville for my Birthday, driving all the way from Magaliesburg I called beforehand to reserve a table for our family near the play area where I was told that they may not reserve any tables. Secondly, after eating starters, upon ordering mains, then only we were informed that they have NO steak and NO T bone. Not even 1 peice. As a family of 9, we all unable to eat what we came for. In my opinion it was total dishonesty and shoulve informed us upon arrival.How can a Steak ramch not have steak? Lastly, tipping our waiter R150 (she did not hear correctly when my husband said to add an addiontal R100 to our bill) she confronted me whilst leaving "Was my service that bad?" This has been our prefered spur for many years, but in the future we would much rather drive to Krugersdorp.
