NO STANDARDS!!!

Disgusted and shocked at the continued lack of service at Santa Catalina Spur in Ladysmith. In the 6yrs that we have supported this store we have only ever seen a manager taking an interest in customer service and walking around in the store approximately 4 times. The waiters chew gum in an extremely unprofessional manner. Waiters with braids or long hair do kot wear hairnets. Where is hygiene and customer service? The TV had not been cleaned for several months and is full of greasy marks. Head office clearly does not show any interest or have the slightest concern that this store is giving the Spur Franchise a bad reputation. None of the waiters wear name badges and their uniform is all different from one another. The most run down store I've ever seen.
