No Spur very dissapointed

Spur Glen Marais. Service was very slow, Waiter was not on his post. I had to get up numerous times to find him or someone else to attend to us. No management on duty,I haven't seen any Food was cold tasteless and unappetizing! My burger didn't even have the bottom part of the bun, there was only a quater. All exept one person in our party had burgers all had same complaint that their patties where dry and lacked flavour, My chips were cold .No condiments were brought to the table. We had to get up and get it ourselves. The kids food were the only good thing apprt from hello and goodbye. We drove all the way from Benoni to host our childs birthday party there. Very dissapointing! Spur needs to up their game quick!
