No Service at such nice place is BAD !!

Me and my family went to Spur Northmead Square to have nice plate of food . We came in and they sat us down and said they will be with us shortly , well that didnt happen . We sat for 15 minutes without service while waiters was standing and chatting and laughing infront at the counter . We stood up and walked out (26May ). A lady came after us and said she was sorry, can she have my number so she can call me to appoligise , Guess what ? I am still waiting for the call , did she ever care to fix the problem ? Answer ? NO ! Such nice place to sit and eat and enjoy , but now such bad service , my whole family and friends is regulars , but dont think after this second complain they will go there anymore .. Will someone ever get back to me or is this newspaper material ?
