No Service at Spur Somerset West

We went to the Spur at Somerset West on 26/03/2015 17:30 and was shown to our seat and told that a waiter will be with us shortly. In the 20 - 30 minutes that we waited to be helped not one of the waiters even attempted to ask if we've been helped yet. In the mean time various waiters was standing around chatting to one another and dancing (Not the spur birthday song dance).<br> <br> There was no manager in sight to signal for assistance as well.<br> <br> We stood up and left as this is not the service we are willing to pay money for.<br> <br> We we never 100% happy with this branch's service and after today we won't even consider going there again.<br> <br> Regards,<br>
