No Service at Spur Cape Gate

On Monday 4 May my friend and I visited Spur in Cape Gate, we sat down in Smoking. After about 35 mins I want to the manager and asked if a waitron can serve us. we got a waitron but waited very long for our food. When it came my onion rigns was cold, 2 more tables complained about no service the table next to me even got starters and mains at the same time. When we finishes our food a long time went past before the waiter cleared our table. Later on she only asked if she can bring the bill, never where we offered deserts first, nor did the lady manager came to our table to see if I was happy. Very bad
