No Service
On Sunday I decided to take my family to Spur in Nigel as a treat! We were received very friendly and taken to a table. We requested the waitress to give us a few minutes to choose our drinks. The lady left us with our menu's. My kids left for the play area and my husband and I decided on our drinks and waited for the waitress to reappear. 45minutes later I got my family and kids and left. In that time not 1 person attempted to take our order or even ask if we were helped. Many staff members attended to the tables on either side of us but no one even asked if we are sorted. I looked for our waitress without success. AS we walked out we walked past our waitress without any acknowledgement or question! Needless to say I left with a still hungry family! Very disappointed in the service of this Spur!
