No service

My wife, daughter and I went to the Spur in the Somerset Mall about 19.00 on Friday 24 October. We were sat down and given menus with a promise that a waiter would attend to us soon. That did not happen. 20 minutes later, still no-one came to even ask if we wanted something to drink. There were about five or six waiters standing chatting around the till area. We tried to get their attention by waving, but no-one noticed. And the restaurant was not even busy. Eventually my wife got up and walked to a waiter, who promised to attend to our needs, but then she promptly disappeared. By then I was fuming, and we got up and left to go and eat somewhere else.
